- 摘要：
促进养老建筑的健康发展，加快生态宜居乡村建设与养老产业的融合创新，是新时期我国应对老龄化社会挑战的重要途径。文章立足城市养老压力和老年人群对特色化康养的需求，在当前宜居乡村建设目标从农村人居环境改善转向生态环境提升的重要阶段，针对当前养老小镇开发建设中普遍存在的因过度地产化所导致的建筑与环境绿色流失问题，提出将便捷化、定制化定位为田园养老建筑与环境设计理念多维发展的深化方向，展开装配式康养建筑与乡村环境多维共生的韧性营建策略研究，为近郊型乡村休闲农业与养老产业的健康融合发展提供可参考的设计思路。 - 关键词：
乡村振兴；田园康养社区；装配式养老建筑；多维共生设计策略； - Abstract: Promoting the sound development of the architectures for aged people, accelerating the integrated innovation of the eco-friendly habitable rural construction and the elderly-care industry, is the crucial approach to respond to the challenge of an aging society in China’s new Era. Based on the elderly-care pressure and the personalized health-care needs of the aged in the Yangtze River Delta Area, at the important phase of the habitable rural construction goal shifting from improving rural living conditions to building up ecological environments, this essay aims at the green-losing problem caused by excessive real estate exploitation that universally exists in current developments and constructions of the elderly-care towns, discussing a deepened direction for the multi-dimensional development of countryside elderly-care constructions and environmental design philosophy which takes convenience and customization as an orientation. This essay will carry out a resilience constructional strategy research of how the prefabricated elderly-care constructions and the rural environments coexist multi-dimensionally, to provide referable design solutions for the sound integrated developments of suburban rural leisure agriculture and elderly-care industry.
