- 县域工业化与城镇化协调发展探究 ——以江阴为例
- Coordinated Development of Industrialization and Urbanization in Prefectural Region —— A Case Study of Jiangyin

- 摘要：
产城融合是新型城镇化的重要探索，而非城镇化的工业化却导致我国工业发展遍地开花。本文对多次蝉联百强县榜首的江阴市的工业化与城镇化发展协调性进行测度。结果显示 ：自 2001年以来江阴市工业化与城镇化发展协调度不断提升，且长期领先于全国平均水平 ；但自从2010 年进入优质协调阶段以后，先前优势并不明显，说明高水平的工业化与城镇化未必带来高阶的工业化与城镇化发展协调性。江阴市新桥镇的成功转型表明协调发展的关键在于镇域尺度的产镇融合，为县域工业化与城镇化的协调推进探索方向，也为新型城镇化背景下的产业园区、产业小镇建设提供一些借鉴。 - 关键词：
工业化；城镇化；协调度；产镇融合； - Abstract: As an exploration of the new type of urbanization, city-industry integration is of big significance in a national context. Nowadays, non-urbanization rural industrialization leads to industrial enterprises spreading all over. This paper measures the coordination degree of Jiangyin, with developed private economy and powerful manufacturing, which has remained the top in the national economic competitiveness ranking of counties for 12 years. The study shows that coordination of Jiangyin has gradually optimized since 2001, and clearly superiors to the national level. Nevertheless, development of industrialization and urbanization in Jiangyin has been proved sort of deviation particularly since it stride into high level of coordination in 2010, namely that there is no positive correlation between high level of comprehensive development and coordinated development of industrialization and urbanization. Further optimizations based on transformation of Xinqiao Town have been put forward, which indicates that town-scale industrial development is the key to urban construction in prefectural regions. The case study shows an explicit way to coordinated development of industrialization and urbanization of counties, and also provides insight into the construction of industrial parks and towns.
