城乡二元结构从对立走向融合。30年来，中国城市的二次现代化进程：从核心城区建设到郊区化扩展，从郊区城市化到新城区发展，再从新城区崛起到城市带连接。城市化不仅仅是传统城市的命题，也是郊区乃至城市带之间传统乡村城市化的课题。城市的生活方式、生产方式、空间尺度、公共属性“包围”和改造传统乡村。乡村的根文化、生态文明、田园生活方式等在进入城市视野的同时，也形成了新的农村“包围”城市的融合方式。城乡相向而行，在相互的资源与资本的共性化过程中，实现了价值交换。 - 关键词：
双向构建；价值；活化；互生Abstract:Thedualisticstructureofurban； - Abstract: The dualistic structure of urban and rural areas is shifting towards integration. Over the past 30 years, China’s urban areas have undergone a secondary process of modernization, from the construction of the core urban area to suburban expansion, from suburban urbanization to the development of new urban areas, and then from the rise of new urban areas to the connection of urban belts. Urbanization is not only a proposition for traditional cities, but also a subject for traditional rural urbanization between suburbs and urban belts. The urban way of life, production mode, spatial scale, and public attributes have“encircled”and transformed traditional rural areas. Meanwhile, the root culture, ecological civilization, pastoral way of life, and other aspects of rural areas have entered the urban vision and formed new integration models of rural areas “encircling”the city. The urban and rural areas move towards each other, and in the process of commonality in resources and capital, value exchange is achieved.
