当前我国紧凑型城市住区的休憩空间日益呈现丰富多样的形态和结构变化，需对其基本模式和发展方向做前瞻性研究，尤其需要应对休憩空间“数量”、质量和整体空间协同效益不足带来的挑战，应对休憩空间设计缺乏理论数据支持和规划指标管控“失灵”的情况。论文提出应从反映休憩空间质量的功能指数的量化研究入手，结合可达性分析得出空间价值的折减系数，进而引入协同系数反映休憩空间分布的协同效益，提出住区休憩空间价值整体量化的方法与思路，强调居民行为心理测量与专家评价方法的综合研究与相互印证。 - 关键词：
住区休憩空间；紧凑型住区；量化评价；规划控制；住区设计； - Abstract: There have been a variety of rich forms and structures for recreational space in urban compact neighborhoods in China. It is a practical and prospective study to explore its basic patterns and future development, especially to face challenges of the lack of quantity, quality and total synergy of the neighborhood recreational space, the lack of theoretical and data support for planning and design, and the failure for some of the planning control indexes. This paper started from the quantitative study of functional quality index which reflected the value of recreational space, reaching the reduction coefficient of the recreational space value by accessibility study. The importance of comparison and reciprocal verification between subjective evaluation measurement of residents and those of experts is also emphasized.
