基于我国经济社会转型和智慧城市建设的大背景，借鉴社区再造的既有研究，就其中的社区流程再造展开探讨，以求为我国的城市社区管理创新提供可行的实施途径。依据社区流程再造的基本思路，结合公众对社区发展认识的问卷调查和访谈，总结出我国城市社区管理流程的现存问题，并针对性地就社区的组织结构、职能关系和参与平台三方面提出流程再造的策略。 - 关键词：
社区再造；流程再造；组织结构；公众参与； - Abstract: Under the background of economic and social transformation and the construction of smart city in China, the paper refers to the existing research findings of community reengineering and focuses on the community process reengineering therein, in order to provide a practical way for innovating China’s urban community management. According to the basic processing route of the community process reengineering, and combined with the questionnaires and the interviews about the public understanding of community development, the paper concludes the existing problems of urban community management process in China and proposes some toping tactics in the aspects of the community structure, the functional relationship and the public participation platform.
