创新街区是产城融合型的城市创新空间，富含多元功能场景的创新街区公共空间能够吸引创新人才聚集继而孕育地区创新活力。目前我国创新街区公共空间研究理论较为传统，空间设计无法较好适配创新人才的个性化需求，需要一种新型的空间评价研究理论方法。文章引入场景理论与“舒适物”模型，剖析创新街区公共空间特征与创新人才需求，构建创新街区公共空间评价方法，对北京德胜科技园区公共空间进行评价，提出以舒适物嵌入、设施优化与功能活化为核心的场景重构策略，拓展公共空间评估与营造视角，助力城市更新实践。 - 关键词：
场景理论；创新街区公共空间；舒适物；创新人才；评价方法 - Abstract: Innovation districts, as integrated urban-industrial innovation spaces, rely heavily on high-quality public spaces to attract innovative talent and stimulate regional innovation dynamics. These public spaces in innovation districts, characterized by diverse functional scenes, play a pivotal role in fostering interaction and creativity. However, current theoretical approaches to evaluating such spaces in China remain relatively conventional, often failing to address the personalized needs of innovative talent. In response, this study incorporates scene theory and the amenity model to analyze the spatial characteristics of public spaces in innovation districts and the spatial needs of innovative talent. It develops a comprehensive evaluation method for public spaces in innovation districts and applies it in an empirical assessment of Desheng Science and Technology Park in Beijing. Based on the results, this paper proposes scene reconstruction strategies focused on amenity embedding, facility optimization, and functional activation, aiming to broaden approaches to public space evaluation and placemaking while supporting urban renewal practice.
