城市作为区域发展的核心引擎,其竞争力的提升和创新能力的增强,对于实现高质量发展至关重要,全球化时代的城市竞争更加关注创新能力的较量。文章运用“城市创新环境指数”对 30 个全球城市进行评估,结合聚类分析方法将其划分为均衡型、多样化驱动型和成长型 3 类。其中,均衡型城市在基础设施和生活质量方面表现优异,多样化驱动型城市在多中心发展布局上占据优势,成长型城市在基础设施建设上有待提升。研究发现,具有全球尺度影响力的创新城市的发展,不仅依赖技术和产业的支持,还需注重城市结构优化和生活质量提升。 - 关键词:
全球城市竞争;城市创新环境;综合评价;聚类分析 - Abstract: As core engines of regional development, cities rely on enhanced competitiveness and innovation capacity for achieving high-quality development. In the era of globalization, urban competition increasingly centers on innovation capability. In this study, the urban innovation environment index is employed to evaluate 30 global cities, which are categorized into three types: balanced, diversity-driven, and growth-oriented by cluster analysis. Among them, balanced cities excel in infrastructure and quality of life. Cities that are driven by diversity exhibit an advantage in terms of polycentric development, while growth-oriented cities require further improvement in infrastructure development. The findings suggest that the development of globally influential innovative cities is contingent not only on the support of technology and industry, but also on the optimization of urban structure and the improvement of quality of life.
