在公园设计中忽视人的感知体验和使用需求,会产生景观美学服务的供需不匹配问题,有待持续优化。首先,文章构建了景观美学服务供给 / 需求评价方法:供给侧评价将主客观相结合,考虑景观形态、景观结构和景观热力三方面的供给特征;需求侧评价则关注景观使用上的便利性和共享性,考虑可达性和可视性上的需求热点。基于此,研究评估景观供需关系的匹配性,并将供需关系中的“低供给 / 高需求”空间识别为待优化区域。其次,研究根据待优化区域特征提出景观优化建议,凝练关键提示词,再利用生成式设计工具的局部重绘技术,对优化方案进行初步探索,作为公园景观美学服务持续优化的参考。以长沙圭塘河公园羽燕湖段为例,文章构建了一套由“多源数据采集、景观供需评价、供需匹配性评价、优化空间识别、生成式设计”组成的工作流程,将多源数据分析与人工智能方法相结合,提高规划设计的效率和水平,推动景观美学服务优化工作向智能化方向发展。 - 关键词:
景观美学服务;供需匹配;生成式设计;人工智能;多源数据;圭塘河 - Abstract: Neglecting human perceptual experience and use needs in park design can lead to the mismatch between supply of and demand for landscape aesthetic services, which needs to be continuously optimized. Firstly, this paper develops a method for evaluating the supply of and demand for landscape aesthetic services: the supply-side evaluation integrates both subjective and objective dimensions, and considers the supply characteristics of landscape morphology, landscape structure and landscape heat. The demand-side evaluation focuses on the convenience and sharing of landscape use, capturing the demand hotspots in terms of accessibility and visibility. Based on this, the matching of landscape supply and demand was evaluated, and the “low supply/high demand” space in the supply and demand relationship was identified as the area to be optimized. Secondly, according to the characteristics of the area to be optimized, the landscape optimization suggestions are proposed, the key prompts are condensed, and the local redrawing technology of the generative design tool is used to explore the optimization scheme preliminarily, serving as a reference for the continuous optimization of park landscape aesthetic services. Taking the Yuyan Lake section of Guitang River Park in Changsha as an example, this paper constructs a set of workflow composed of “multi-source data collection, landscape supply and demand evaluation, supply-demand matching evaluation, optimized spatial identification, and generative design”, which combines multi-source data analysis with artificial intelligence methods to improve the efficiency and level of planning and design, and advance the optimization of landscape aesthetic service toward greater intelligence.
