- 摘要：
面对少子化和老龄化，全龄友好社区的创建成为我国实施人口老龄化国家战略、促进人口长期均衡发展的重要抓手。文章在分析全龄友好社区研究兴起与进展的基础上，从基础理论、内容体系、实施途径、有效方法、发展目标等方面总结了全龄友好社区的研究框架，提出了创建全龄友好社区的规划启示：构建多代包容住房体系、调控全龄公共设施要素、营造代际互动公共空间、打造全龄无障碍生活场景、实现规划过程全龄参与。 - 关键词：
老龄化；全龄友好社区；全生命周期；代际融合；规划启示 - Abstract: In the face of low fertility and aging, the establishment of multi-generational communities has become an important starting point to implement the national strategy of population aging and promote the long-term balanced development of population. Based on the analysis of the rise and progress of multi-generational community research, this paper summarizes the research framework of multi-generational community from the aspects of basic theory, content system, implementation approach, effective method and development goal, and puts forward the planning inspiration for creating multi-generational community: build a multi-generation inclusive housing system, regulate the elements of public facilities for all ages, create intergenerational interactive public spaces, create barrier-free living scenes for all ages, and realize the participation of all ages in the planning process.
