随着城乡关系由差别、对立转向统筹、融合，乡村空间价值内涵正经历从单一到复合的重构。平原农区作为保障国家粮食安全与生态本底的关键区域，其空间价值却长期被低估。文章在辨析乡村价值与乡村空间价值概念的基础上，提出乡村空间原生性、衍生性、结构性三大价值属性，并构建“本体—关系”双维认知框架。以江汉平原为实证案例，揭示该地区在农业生产价值主导下，面临人口外流、用地紧缩与产业单一的内部困境，以及在城乡互动中存在的等级结构弱势、交通网络失衡与产业融合不足等外部壁垒。最后，文章提出以多村联合的功能单元为核心的空间组织优化、功能分类提升以及交通协同适配策略，旨在为刚性约束下的平原农区乡村空间价值重塑与乡村振兴提供理论参考与实践指引。 - 关键词：
乡村空间；乡村空间价值；江汉平原；提升路径 - Abstract: As the urban-rural relationship shifts from disparity and opposition to coordination and integration, the connotation of rural space value is undergoing a reconstruction from singular to composite. Plain agricultural areas, serving as key regions for ensuring national food security and maintaining ecological baselines, have long seen their spatial value underestimated. Based on differentiating the concepts of rural value and rural space value, this paper proposes three value attributes of rural space: primary, derivative, and structural value, and constructs a two-dimensional “ontological-relational” cognitive framework. Using the Jianghan plain as a case study, the research reveals that, under the dominance of agricultural production value, the region faces internal challenges such as population outflow, constrained land use, and a homogenous industrial structure. Externally, it encounters barriers within urban-rural interactions, including a disadvantaged hierarchical structure, imbalanced transportation networks, and insufficient industrial integration. Finally, the paper proposes pathways for spatial organization optimization centered on multi-village functional units, functional classification and enhancement based on resource endowment differences, as well as differentiated human-land policies and transportation optimization. These aim to provide theoretical references and practical guidance for reshaping the value of rural space and revitalizing rural areas in plain agricultural regions under rigid constraints.
