伴随着社会发展和家庭结构变化，传统家庭“养老育幼”方式受到影响，“一老一小”问题日益受到政府、学界以及业界的高度重视，而当前社区建设和数智技术的发展，为解决“一老一小”问题提供了更多的可能性。文章基于杭州市在“一老一小”社区服务数智化方面的探索发现，其在建设规模、数智化项目、具体服务内容以及多元参与上取得了成效，但是从实施过程来看，在行政主体、平台主体以及服务主体等方面还存在着一些现实困境。文章认为杭州市可以通过强化社区服务数智化标准化建设、畅通传播渠道以及探索服务多元化等方式，不断优化“一老一小”社区服务数智化的实施路径。 - 关键词：
“一老一小”；未来社区；社区服务；数智化；杭州市； - Abstract: With the development of society and changes in family structure, the traditional way of “caring for the elderly and raising children” in families has been affected. The issue of “the elderly and children” is now highly valued by the government, academia, and industry. With the development of community construction and digital-intelligent technology, more possibilities have been provided to solve the problem of “the elderly and children”. Hangzhou has made many beneficial explorations in the digital-intelligence of “the elderly and children” community services, and has achieved results in construction scale, digital-intelligent projects, specific service content, and diversified participation. However, from the current implementation process, there are still some practical difficulties in administrative subjects, platform subjects, and service subjects. Hangzhou can continuously optimize the implementation path of digital-intelligence of “the elderly and children” community services by strengthening the standardization of community service digital-intelligence, opening up communication channels, and exploring service diversification.
