- 摘要：
在社会主义制度、计划经济体制与国防战备背景下建构的三线工厂生活区，是一种受集体主义深刻影响的空间形制。文章首先基于文化遗产内含的“价值观—价值—价值载体”逻辑，对计划经济时期集体形制及“遗产化”的价值逻辑进行理论解读。在此基础上，分析三线工厂生活区作为一种特殊集体形制，存在集体主义思想与空间形制互构所形成的价值载体，具有反映危机时期国家的政策探索历程、承载社会集体情感的两重价值形态。在“历史—当下”转型的视野下，三线工厂生活区作为一种“遗产”，对当代社区发展依然具有一定的启示意义。最后，以襄阳市卫东机械厂生活区为典型案例，进行价值载体解读与价值辨析，提出保护路径，为“集体形制遗产”的理论建构提供思考。 - 关键词：
三线建设；集体形制；遗产化；三线工厂生活区；卫东机械厂 - Abstract: The living areas of Third-Line factories, constructed under the socialist system, planned economy, and national defense imperatives, constitute a spatial form deeply shaped by collectivism. Building on the cultural-heritage logic of “values—value—value carriers”, this paper first offers a theoretical interpretation of the collective form and its “heritagization” during the planned-economy period. It then analyzes the living areas of Third-Line factories as a special type of collective form, identifying value carriers formed through the mutual construction of collectivist ideology and spatial form. These carriers embody a dual value: they both reflect the state’s policy experimentation during times of crisis and carry the collective emotions of society. From the perspective of the transition from “history” to “the present”, such living areas, as a form of “history”, still hold important implications for contemporary community development. Using the living area of the Weidong Machinery Factory in Xiangyang as a typical case, the paper interprets and evaluates these value carriers and proposes conservation pathways, thereby contributing to the theoretical construction of “collective-form heritage”.
