- 摘要：
随着城市人口规模扩大，交通出行需求问题日益突出，对城市交通系统设计的公平性和安全性提出了挑战。为提高特殊出行群体面临潜在危险时的容错率，文章对出行边缘化群体进行范畴划分与需求分析，总结不同地区在城市交通出行领域包容性设计的共同点，提炼并阐释了交通包容性设计（TID）的核心概念和指导原则，分析了针对出行边缘化群体的特殊出行需求以及失误失范行为的包容性设计，对促进社会公平、改善出行服务质量具有重要意义。 - 关键词：
城市交通；交通包容性设计；出行边缘化群体；特殊出行需求；失误失范行为 - Abstract: As urban populations expand, transportation systems face growing challenges in ensuring fairness, safety, and accessibility for all users. This study explores inclusive design strategies aimed at improving mobility experiences for marginalized traveler groups and enhancing tolerance for human error in transportation systems. Through a systematic categorization and needs analysis of marginalized travel groups, the paper synthesizes best practices in inclusive design from diverse regional contexts. It refines the core concepts and guiding principles of Transportation Inclusive Design (TID) and analyzes design adaptations that accommodate the special needs and behavioral patterns of marginalized users. The findings highlight that inclusive design not only improves the safety and quality of travel services but also contributes to broader goals of social equity and sustainable urban development.
