    文章立足长江国家文化公园江南水网地区,以苏南 12 个村落为样本构建了四维景观基因传承度评价体系。评估显示 12 个村落平均得分为 63.58 分,呈现“环境基因良好、文化基因存在结构性短板”的失衡特征。针对此症结,文章提出“诊断—修复—活化”3个阶段的微改造路径,以 GIS、AI、BIM/VR 技术靶向干预,遵循“功能关联优先于地理邻接”原则,按景观基因对“双水脉”的响应将 12 个村落聚类为三大谱系,创设“3 核 12 节点”分布式格局,尝试提出破解水网型文化遗产“散点分布、功能割离”困境的评价—分类—活化—展示全链条方案。

  • Abstract: This study focuses on the Jiangnan Water Network Region of the Yangtze River National Cultural Park, constructing a four-dimensional landscape gene inheritance evaluation system using 12 villages in Southern Jiangsu as samples. The evaluation reveals an average score of 63.58, indicating an imbalance characterized by favorable environmental genes but structural deficiencies in cultural gene inheritance. To address this, the research proposes a three-stage micro-renovation pathway of “diagnosis-repair-revitalization” with targeted interventions using GIS, AI, BIM/VR technologies. Following the principle of prioritizing functional association over geographical adjacency, the 12 villages are clustered into three genealogies based on their landscape genes’ response to the dual water system, establishing a “3-core-12-node”distributed pattern. This framework aims to provide a full-chain solution encompassing evaluation, classification, revitalization, and exhibition to resolve the dilemma of scattered distribution and functional fragmentation in water-network cultural heritage.
