- 面向专类规划遗产的价值认知方法建构

近期以来,国内规划遗产研究已初见成效,当务之急是尽快探索出一套适应性的价值认知方法。为了回应这一研究主题,文章对当前的学术进展和亟待解决的研究议题做了梳理分析,进而以发生学理论为支撑,阐述规划遗产的价值认知依据,提出“两端加过程”的价值认知路径,指出规划遗产应该包含 3 项价值认知要素:规划主体的实践行为、规划实施的具体内容、规划对象的创造结果。与上述 3 大认知要素紧密对应,结合理论观点阐释,同时辅之以典型案例佐证,依次针对以下 3 个方面的认知概念及其价值指向做了论述分析:①规划实践的特殊性与代表性;②规划内容的价值表现及其实施情况;③规划结果的真实性与完整性。研究旨在为规划遗产初步搭建一个具有特定适用意义的价值认知框架,为后续理论实践探索提供应用方法参考。 - 关键词:
规划遗产;世界遗产;遗产价值;认知方法;价值要素 - Abstract: More recently, planning heritage study in China reaps preliminary fruits. Exploring an adaptive value cognitive approach is the highest priority for present. In response to this research topic, this article gives a overview of the academic progress and the research topics to be addressed, expounds the value cognition logic based on genealogical theory, and proposes a value cognitive pathway of “two points combination with the process”. On this basis, the article further indicates three key elements of planning heritage values: the practical behavior of the planning subject, the specific content of the planning implementation, and the creative results of the planning object. Closely corresponding to the content above and combining theoretical explanation with cases study, the article particularly discusses the following cognitive concepts: the specialty and representatives of planning practice; the value characteristics and the implementation status of planning content; the authenticity and integrity of planning results. The purpose of this article is to establish a value cognitive framework for planning heritage, providing references for future exploration.
