    在体验经济转型背景下,沉浸式文娱产业作为文旅融合的新兴业态,其空间分布规律与区位选择机制亟待深入研究。文章以武汉市为实证区域,综合运用统计面板数据、大众点评数据和 POI 地理信息数据,采用多尺度地理加权回归(MGWR)模型,对 2019—2024 年城市沉浸式文娱空间的演化特征及其驱动因素进行系统分析。研究发现:(1)6 年间,武汉市沉浸式文娱空间经历了三阶段非线性的演变,整体实现了数量快增,由初期“多点分散”格局演变为“江汉路—光谷”双核集聚模式,并伴随三环线外的微扩散趋势;(2)与传统文娱空间相比,沉浸式文娱空间的区位选址机制呈现显著的差异性,其中用地成本、关联产业集聚度、配套设施完善度、消费体验口碑等构成核心决策因素,而传统区位理论中的交通可达性和消费水平等经典指标则呈现弱相关性。结合问题诊断和对空间优化目标的判断,对武汉市沉浸式文娱空间的布局提出优化建议。

  • Abstract: Amid the transformation toward an experience-based economy, immersive cultural and entertainment industries—emerging from the integration of culture and tourism—require deeper analysis of their spatial distribution and locational decisions. Using Wuhan as a case study, this paper employs the multi-scale geographically weighted regression (MGWR) model to examine the spatial evolution and driving factors of immersive cultural and entertainment spaces from 2019 to 2024. The analysis integrates panel statistics, consumer review data from Dazhong Dianping, and POI geospatial data. The findings reveal that: (1) over six years, immersive cultural and entertainment spaces experienced a three-stage nonlinear evolution, shifting from a dispersed pattern to a dual-core agglomeration around “Jianghan road—Guanggu”, accompanied by outward diffusion beyond the third ring road; (2) compared with traditional cultural and entertainment spaces, the locational determinants of immersive spaces differ substantially—core factors include land costs, industrial clustering, supporting infrastructure, and consumer reputation, whereas classical indicators such as traffic accessibility and income levels show weak correlations. Based on these results, the paper offers spatial optimization recommendations for enhancing the urban immersive cultural and entertainment spaces.
