沟域是山地乡村生态文明建设的合理尺度，沟域经济是研究绿色发展导向下山地乡村空间组织与治理机制的有效切入视角。首先，通过理论溯源揭示沟域经济的多元特性及其空间效应，建立山地乡村空间治理的理论基础。其次，通过实证分析梳理北京市沟域经济建设与山地乡村空间治理的协同演进脉络，解析 3 个典型阶段沟域乡村的综合治理导向、空间组织模式及空间治理措施。进而，结合新时期北京市沟域乡村治理演进的新趋势和自然资源资产管理的新要求，提出以沟域生态租引领山地乡村的空间组织，并从租源、价值、效率维度阐释其背后的经济学逻辑。最后，以沟域作为空间治理的基本单元，从租源供给、收租效率、租源价值、收租过程 4 个方面提出单元统筹、要素流动、空间调控、效能评估的山地乡村空间治理机制，引领山地乡村空间治理体系现代化转型。 - 关键词：
沟域经济；山地乡村；生态租；空间组织；空间治理 - Abstract: Valley is a reasonable scale for the construction of ecological civilization in mountain rural areas, and valley economy is an effective perspective for researching the spatial organization and governance mechanism of mountain rural areas under the guidance of green development. Firstly, through theoretical tracing, the diverse characteristics and spatial effects of the valley economy are revealed, and the theoretical basis for spatial governance in mountain rural areas is established. Secondly, through empirical analysis, the collaborative evolution of Beijing’s ditch economy construction and mountain rural spatial governance is sorted out, and the comprehensive governance orientation, spatial organization mode, and spatial governance measures of the three typical stages of gully economy are analyzed. Furthermore, based on the new trends in the evolution of rural governance in Beijing and the new requirements for natural resource asset management in the new era, the concept of ecological rent is introduced as the mechanism for leading the spatial organization of mountain rural areas, and the economic logic behind it is explained from the dimensions of rent source, value, and efficiency. Finally, taking the valley as the spatial governance unit, the spatial governance mechanism of unit coordination, factor flow, spatial regulation, and efficiency evaluation are proposed from four aspects: rent source supply, rent collection efficiency, rent source value, and rent collection process, which can help leading the modernization transformation of the mountain rural governance system.
