中国农民工群体作为城乡融合发展的重要参与者与实践者，在推进以人为本的新型城镇化建设和实现共同富裕的道路上发挥着重要作用。文章基于中国知网（CNKI）数据库，借助 CiteSpace 软件，系统梳理和总结了城乡融合发展背景下中国农民工流动研究的热点、趋势与展望，发现：研究热点聚焦在流动机制与空间特征、社会融入与身份转换、就业发展与权益保障、代际分化与群体异质性、政策驱动与城乡互动等内容。趋势可总结为“孔雀东南飞”与“春暖燕归巢”并存的流动方向、全年性与家庭性的流动模式、多元化与跃迁化的流动动机、提质升容与择业稳域的就业结构。最后，结合现有研究内容，在深化农民工流动方向、丰富农民工流动模式、强化农民工流动动机、拓展农民工就业格局等方面进行了展望。 - 关键词：
城乡融合发展；农民工流动；研究热点；趋势总结；未来展望 - Abstract: As important participants and practitioners of urban-rural integration, China’s rural-urban migrant workers play a vital role in promoting people-centered new-type urbanization and advancing the path toward common prosperity. Based on the CNKI database and employing CiteSpace software, this article systematically reviews and summarizes the research hotspots, trends, and prospects of studies on the mobility of rural-urban migrant workers in the context of urban-rural integration. The findings show that research hotspots have focused on the mechanisms and spatial characteristics of mobility, social integration and identity transformation, employment development and rights protection, intergenerational differentiation and group heterogeneity, as well as policy-driven urban-rural interaction. Research trends can be summarized as follows: coexistence of the “peacocks flying southeast” and “swallows returning home in spring” directions of mobility; year-round and family-oriented patterns of migration; diversified and upward-shifting mobility motivations; and an employment structure characterized by both upgrading in quality and expansion in capacity alongside stable local employment. Finally, building on existing research, the article offers prospects for deepening studies on the directions of rural-urban migrant worker mobility, enriching their mobility patterns, strengthening analyses of their mobility motivations, and expanding the structure of their employment opportunities.
