文章在“新旧共生”理念的大背景下，对乡村民宿游客感知进行了梳理和分析，并对乡村民宿下一步发展提出建议。文章以六合区竹镇镇大泉村为例，在梳理乡村民宿空间基因的基础上，通过构建结构方程模型的方法，探究空间基因感知对游客满意度的影响机制。把“新旧共生”理念下的文化内涵融入乡村民宿，形象地研究问题，阐述了乡村民宿在融合文化后的发展策略和设计方法。研究表明在乡村民宿中融入乡土文化不仅能够拓宽文化传播范围，还能够有效地带动乡村民宿产业发展。 - 关键词：
“新旧共生”；乡村民宿；文化表达； - Abstract: This article aims to analyze and enhance the cultural aspect of rural homestays, framed within the “coexistence of old and new” concept. It proposes development strategies for these homestays, using a combined approach of case studies and theoretical analysis. This approach incorporates the cultural significance of the “coexistence of old and new” into the rural homestays experience while examining the subject in detail. The findings present development strategies and design methods for rural homestays enriched by local culture. In conclusion, embedding local culture within rural homestays not only expands cultural outreach but also stimulates the industry’s growth.
