- 背街小巷活力生成的环境品质要素评析及整治策略 ——以南京市老城区为例

我国城市建设已进入“存量优化”的阶段，作为居民重要公共活动空间的老城背街小巷却日益面临环境老化、功能衰退等诸多问题。文章选取南京老城40 条代表性背街小巷为研究样本，运用矢量地图、POI 及实地观测数据分别对其行人活动与环境品质进行测度，探索背街小巷的活力表征与环境品质要素间的相关性。结果表明，对于不同的街巷活力表征，不同影响要素的作用效应差异显著，研究成果可为背街小巷整治提供更有效、更具针对性的策略指引。 - 关键词：
背街小巷；活力重塑；行人活动；环境品质；南京老城； - Abstract: China’s urban construction has entered the stage of “stock optimization”, but the backstreets and alleys in the old city, which are important public activity spaces for residents, are increasingly facing many problems such as environmental aging and functional decline. In this paper, 40 representative backstreets and alleys in Nanjing Old Town are selected as research samples, and vector maps, POIs and field observation data are used to measure pedestrian activities and environmental quality, and to explore the correlation between the vitality characterization of backstreets and environmental quality elements. The results show that there are significant differences in the effects of different influencing factors on the vitality characterization of different alleys, and the research results can provide more effective and targeted strategic guidelines for the improvement of backstreets and alleys.
