为剖析服务供给与人群需求的失衡问题，文章运用主成分分析法和层次分析法，以北京市展览路街道为例，开展城市教育、文化、体育、绿地、福利、医疗等6 类公共服务设施的全龄友好性评估与检验。研究揭示了居民主观体验对设施空间供给可形成有益补充，前往服务设施的便捷程度需要提升，设施空间供给与人群需求不够匹配，存在一定的安全隐患及代际交互功能不够完备、人性化设计水平有待加强等问题。建议加强公交覆盖，提升步骑行体验；以人定量，优化设施空间供给；关注弱势群体需求，规范无障碍设计；提高设施使用效率，建设代际复合场地；提升人性化服务水平，鼓励公益性与营利性服务设施混合配置。 - 关键词：
城市体检；公共服务设施；全龄友好；评估；提升； - Abstract: In this study, we use principal component analysis and analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the age-friendliness of six types of public service facilities in the Exhibition Road sub-district in Beijing. These facilities include those related to urban education, culture, sports, green spaces, welfare, and medical treatment. The results indicate that residents’ subjective experiences provide useful supplements to the available space of these facilities. However, there is room for improvement in areas such as accessibility, matching supply with demand, safety, intergenerational interaction, and human-centric design. Recommendations include enhancing public transport coverage, improving walking and cycling experiences, fine-tuning the spatial arrangement of facilities according to demographic needs, focusing on the requirements of disadvantaged groups, and encouraging a mix of both public and private service facilities.
