    县城是当前近地城镇化的主要载体,县城开发建设正在改变县城密度,重塑县城空间形态。密度是宜居性特征的重要指标,但受制于数据的缺乏,县城建筑密度特征及其影响因素尚不清晰。基于此,文章利用Mask R-CNN 深度学习框架,识别了广东省除县级市外37 个农业县县城的建筑轮廓,并通过划分县城的新区与旧区,探究县城新旧区建筑密度特征,对其影响因素进行实证分析。结果表明,从区域层面看,粤东、粤西地区的县城建筑密度高于粤北、珠三角地区;从县城层面看,县城新区的建筑密度普遍低于旧区的建筑密度。在影响因素方面,地形是影响县城建筑密度区域分异的主要因素,区域地形越复杂,建设受地形分割越严重,其建筑趋于分散,建筑密度因此越低。然而,地形仅对因山就势的旧县城建筑密度有显著作用,对新区建筑密度则不存在显著影响。这主要是源于新区往往通过工业化技术手段进行土地平整,进而能够突破地形限制并开发建设高层小区住宅。县城的历史传承、生态保护和经济建设等具有独特的发展规律。在当前新一轮的县城开发建设过程中,应尊重县城历史的建筑密度基础,保护传统建设肌理,制定合理的空间规划与建设安排,实现县城宜居化发展。

  • Abstract: The county is the main carrier of near-ground urbanization. The development and construction of the county is changing its density and reshaping its spatial form. Density is an important indicator of livability characteristics. Due to the lack of data, the characteristics of county building density and its influencing factors are still unclear. This paper uses the Mask R-CNN deep learning framework to identify the architectural outlines of 37 agricultural counties in Guangdong province, excluding county-level cities, and explores the characteristics of building density in the new and old districts of the county and analysis its influencing factors. The results show that, from the regional level, the building density of county towns in eastern and western Guangdong is higher than that in northern Guangdong and the Pearl River Delta. From the county level, the building density of new districts in county is generally lower than the old ones. In terms of influencing factors, topography is the main factor that affects the regional differentiation of building density in the county. The more complex the regional topography, the more severe the construction will be divided by topography, the buildings tend to be scattered, and the building density will be lower. However, the topography only has a significant effect on the building density of the old county districts by the mountains, and has no significant effect on the building density of the new district. This is mainly due to the fact that the new districts often use industrialized technical means to level the land, which can break through the terrain restrictions and develop and build high-rise residential communities. The historical inheritance, ecological protection and economic construction of the county have unique development laws. In the current new round of county development and construction, the historical building density foundation of the county should be respected, the traditional construction texture should be protected, and reasonable spatial planning and construction arrangements should be formulated to realize the livable development of the county.
