城市交通规划的关注点正在从交通效率到生活质量转变，而居住地区位是影响出行行为的重要因素。文章基于POI 数据，从一般建成环境、交通可达性和公交设施分布3 个方面描述居住地区位。以上海为例，基于路径分析模型，研究城市居住区位和出行行为在通勤满意度和生活时间分配的中介效应下，对通勤者的生活质量影响。研究揭示了通勤者生活质量的多层次影响机制，并量化了通勤时长对生活时间分配的影响，可以为城市交通规划与土地利用决策提供参考。 - 关键词：
城市居住区位；出行行为；生活质量；生活时间分配；路径分析； - Abstract: The focus of urban transportation planning is shifting from transport efficiency to quality of life (QOL), and the urban residential location is a vital determinant of travel behavior. In this study, based on the POI data, the residential location is evaluated by three indicators: general built environment, accessibility, and distribution of public transport facilities. A path analysis model is developed to scrutinize the impacts of the urban residential location and travel behavior on the QOL of Shanghai commuters, considering the mediating effects of commuting satisfaction and time allocation. This study not only reveals the multi-level effect mechanism on commuters’ QOL, but also quantifies the reduction of other activities’ time causing by commuting. It can provide references for urban transportation planning and land use decision-making.
