流域生态空间管控是当前国土空间规划的重要环节，建立多维多级空间管控体系是实现
黄土高原地区流域生态修复和“三生”空间协同发展的有效途径。论文立足黄土高原
地区，以旬邑三水河流域为研究对象，运用生态敏感性与生态系统服务相结合的分区划定方法，提出了“流域—片区—单元”3 个层级的管控单元，建立了基于“区划—网络—布点”3 个维度的流域生态空间管控模式，对其生态区划、生态廊道以及村庄分类3 个方面提出具体的管控策略。研究可为旬邑三水河流域国土空间规划提供具体的技术支持，提高其生态空间管控的科学性与操作性。 - 关键词：
生态空间；分区管控；管控方法；三水河流域； - Abstract: Basin ecological space control is a crucial element in current territorial space planning. To achieve the coordinated development of ecological restoration and ecological production space in the Loess Plateau region, it is essential to establish a multi-dimensional and multi-level spatial control system. In this study, the Sanshui River Basin in the Loess Plateau is taken as the research object, and an ecological sensitivity method combined with the red line of ecosystem services is used to propose a “basin-districtunit” three-level control unit. Furthermore, a “divisions-network-points” three-dimensional model for basin ecological space control is established. Specific control guidance is then proposed based on divisions, corridors, and villages. This research provides specific technical support for the territorial spatial planning of the Sanshui River Basin in Xunyi and improves the scientific and operational management of ecological space.
