随着“健康中国”“全民健身”等政策实施以及国民健康意识觉醒，居民健身需求日益增长，对体育设施配置也提出更高要求。研究基于时空行为分析把握居民健身行为特征和人群行为偏好，对上海市全民健身运动发展趋势进行研判，并从设施需求量与空间布局的角度提出规划建议。基于行为特征，文章总结了4 种健身行为的空间交互模式；结合国际比较，发现上海市当前仍处于全民健身初期阶段，未来青、中年的健身参与率会持续提升，健身人口和专业化体育设施需求都会显著增长；最后对体育设施布局提出建议，包括重视就业空间的体育设施建设，以及在土地资源紧张地区构建15 分钟公交或骑行健身生活圈。 - 关键词：
健身行为；时空特征；体育设施规划；上海市；趋势； - Abstract: With the guidance of public health policies and the raising of health awareness, people’s demand for exercise is increasing, leading higher requirements for sports facilities planning. This study analyzes the spatial-temporal characteristics and the preference of citizens’ exercise behavior, forecasts the trend of national fitness campaign in Shanghai, and gives suggestions on facility demand and spatial allocation. The research proposes four spatial interaction modes and finds that Shanghai is still in the early stage of national fitness campaign, and sports participation rate as well as demand for professional sports facilities will increase significantly. In terms of spatial allocation, attention should be paid to sports facilities construction around workplace, and it is suggested to build a 15-minute public transit or cycling fitness circle in areas of land resources shortage.
