随着居民身心健康问题频发，公共健康日渐受到重视，居民在自家院落中开展园艺活动是建设健康社区的重要组成部分。将健康影响评估（HIA）运用于院落自发式园艺活动中，能一定程度上促进居民身心健康与社会公平。HIA 运用于院落自发式园艺活动中可分为评估准备、评估分析与项目实施3 个阶段，HIA 的实施可调动公众参与、增进多方合作、提高居民对身心健康的重视。文章以大栅栏地区的院落自发式园艺活动为例，探索HIA 在实际项目中的应用并总结不足，以期为提升我国公共健康提供新思路。 - 关键词：
健康影响评估；公众健康；大栅栏地区；院落景观；自发式园艺活动； - Abstract: With the frequent occurrence of physical and mental health problems of residents, public health has been paid more and more attention to. Self-initiated horticultural activities in residential yards are an important part of building a healthy community. The application of health impact assessment (HIA) in selfinitiated horticultural activities can promote the physical and mental health of residents and social equity to a certain extent. The application of HIA in yard self-initiated horticultural activities can be divided into three stages: evaluation preparation, evaluation analysis and project implementation. The implementation of HIA can mobilize public participation, enhance multi-party cooperation, and enhance residents' attention to physical and mental health. This paper takes the courtyard self-initiated horticultural activities in Dashilan area as an example to explore the application of HIA in practical projects and summarize the deficiencies, so as to provide new ideas for improving public health in China.
