明朝初年全国范围内推行卫所制度，形成了诸多的卫所聚落。黔中地区至今仍保存较为完整的卫所屯堡正是肇始于此，为该地区当前城镇乡村聚落体系的形成奠定了基础。文章以明朝设置于黔中地区的6 个卫为研究对象，通过研读地方志、地方史籍和实地访谈、实地踏勘测绘等方式，梳理、确定该地区的卫所屯堡聚落的空间分布情况，分析其空间体系特点。文章认为该地区卫所屯堡聚落形成了与其军事等级相对应、满足相应功能、且适应于当地地形地势以及外部环境的都指挥使司城—卫城—（百户所）屯堡—旗堡的聚落层级网络体系。同时，文章还将其置于全国卫所体系之中与北部长城与东部海防卫所体系进行比较，认为黔中卫所聚落体系呈现出鲜明的“通道防御”型层级网络结构，与另两者在体系形态、层级设置以及分布规律性等方面存在一定差别。 - 关键词：
卫所聚落；分布；空间体系；屯堡； - Abstract: In early Ming Dynasty (14th-15th century AD), in order to implement the Weisuo system across the country, a series of military garrisons come into being. In the center of Guizhou, southwestern of China, there are still a large number of well-preserved Weisuo and Tunpu villages that started from this time, which laid the basis for the formation of the current country and countryside system. The study selected six main distributive regions of Weisuo settlements in central Guizhou. On the basis of field study, combined with the methods of geographic information, local chronicles and historical records together, classified and mapped the spatial system of Weisuo and Tunpu settlements in the area. The article put forward a point of view that those Weisuo villages form a hierarchical settlement network system which corresponded with military grade, defense function, and terrain characteristics, consisted of the Guizhou Dusi city - Wei town - (Baihusuo)Tunpu - Qi villages. Meanwhile, the article placed the systems in the nationwide Weisuo system to compare with northern Great Wall and the eastern coastal defense line in Ming Dynasty to show the distinction in spatial system, hierarchical arrangement and distribution regularity.
