探究2008-2016 年湖北省各县域乡村地域人口外流的空间特征和演变机制，研究发现，湖北省乡村人口外流呈现明显的空间自相关格局，具有显著的集聚特征。研究期内外流比例呈全面上升趋势，人口外流高值区从东部向西部扩展，乡村人口外流比例与其收入呈现显著的正相关关系；研究期内外流目的地为省外的人口比例显著降低，省内流动的比例表现出增高趋势；乡村人口外流流入地和流出地的空间格局可以利用“推—拉” 理论从家庭综合理性角度较好地解释，并根据机制分析结论提出了相应的政策建议。 - 关键词：
乡村人口外流；农村空心化；乡村振兴；湖北省； - Abstract: This paper explores the spatial characteristics and evolution mechanism of population outflows in rural areas of Hubei province from 2008 to 2016. It is found that the outflow of rural population in Hubei province has obvious spatial autocorrelation pattern, with significant agglomeration characteristics, and the proportion of outflow during the study period is on the rise. The high population outflow area expanded from the east to the west, and the proportion of rural outflows showed a significant positive correlation with its income. During the study period, the proportion of outflow destinations was significantly lower, and the proportion of intra-provincial flows showed an increasing trend. The spatial pattern of the outflow of rural population into and out of the country can be better explained from the perspective of family comprehensive rationality by using the “push-pull” theory, and corresponding policy recommendations are proposed according to the mechanism analysis conclusion.
