以上海为例，使用 GIS 空间分析方法，研究 9 个地理区位要素对 4 类文化创意产业园区空间分 布的影响。研究表明 :在空间分布上，上海文化创意产业园区总体呈现集聚分布的规律，但各 个类型的文化创意产业园区集聚程度不高。在影响因素的重要性上“，创意阶层”和“创意城市” 等理论所强调的休闲设施(如咖啡馆和酒吧)具有首要重要性，然后依次是城市公共交通、文 化设施和公共绿地，区域交通(如高速公路)的重要性则可以忽略 ;特别地，对于时尚创意消 费类文化创意产业园区，公园绿地的重要性仅次于休闲设施。 - 关键词：
文化创意产业园区；地理区位因素；上海； - Abstract: By applying the approach of GIS analysis, this paper aims to explore the importance of 9 geographical location factors to the location preference of four types of cultural and creative industrial parks in Shanghai. The paper discovers the rules in the spatial agglomeration of cultural and creative industrial parks. Then it is revealed that the leisure facilities,such as coffee and bar, emphasized by the theory of "creative class" and "creative city" is the primary importance, followed by public transport system, cultural facilities and public green space, the importance of regional traffic (such as highways) can be ignored; In particular, for fashion creative consumer creative industrial park, the importance of public green space is second only to leisure facilities.
