近年来，随着城镇化进程的逐步推进，人口逐步集聚到城镇地区，城镇房地产市场蓬勃发展，与此同时，部分区域普通中小学建设滞后于房地产开发，有房住、没学上的情况频发。为了解决这一建设速度不匹配的问题，须加速普通中小学规划实施，本文将探索建立普通中小学空间预警体系，精准指导普通中小学建设计划的制定，逐步落实普通中小学布局规划，缓解就学矛盾。 - 关键词：
普通中小学；空间预警；规划实施； - Abstract: In recent years, with the gradual advancement of urbanization, the population has gradually gathered in urban areas, and the urban real estate market is booming. At the same time, the construction of ordinary primary and secondary schools in some regions lags behind real estate development. In order to solve this mismatch of construction speed, we must speed up the implementation of ordinary primary and secondary school planning. This article explores the establishment of an ordinary primary and secondary school space early warning system, accurately guide the formulation of ordinary primary and secondary school construction plans, and gradually implement the general primary and secondary school layout planning.
