- 流动人口的“临时性”特征与居住 满意度研究 ——以温州市为例
- The Impacts of Precarious Features of Migrants on Residential Satisfaction: A Case Study of Wenzhou City

居住满意度是国内外城市研究探讨的重要话题。现有研究关注个人社会经济条件、住房条件以 及社区环境等对其的影响，缺乏关注和系统地探讨流动人口特有的“临时性”特征。本文将流 动人口的临时性特征总结为行政、经济和社会临时性。线性回归分析结果表明流动人口的行政 临时性对居住满意度影响不大，而经济和社会临时性具有显著影响。由此可知，单纯地改革户 籍制度，并不能显著提高流动人口的居住满意度，需改变其经济和社会的临时性。 - 关键词：
流动人口；新型城镇化；临时性；居住满意度；温州； - Abstract: Residential satisfaction is one of the main topics of recent urban studies, yet little attention has been given to the precarious features of migrants. The survey of migrant communities in Wenzhou indicated that migrants have significant precarious features in terms of administrative, economic and social features. By using linear regression model, we found that administrative factors have little impact on migrants’ residential satisfaction, but migrants’ economic and social precarious features in the city have significantly influenced their residential satisfaction. As such, the most effective ways to improve migrants’ residential satisfaction are changing the current economic and social precarious nature of migrants, rather than simply providing them local hukou.
