- 摘要：
借鉴西方景观学理论、可持续发展理论和振兴发展理论，构建了基于景观介入城市区域发展的 “钻石模型”理论框架。当前城市区域的发展理念应从可持续发展这一底线思维转向振兴发展 这一高层次的发展需要，着力于生态、公平、经济、复兴要素的平衡，构建面向从宜居到文化复兴的城市区域发展目标。借助这一理论框架对当前中国的一些城市区域发展实践进行了检视， 分析其中存在的问题，提出了“钻石模型”的规划应用、生态与人的发展平衡、建立全社会知 识行动体系、构建多层次自然和文化景观网络等建议。 - 关键词：
景观介入；城市区域；振兴发展；钻石模型；景观网络； - Abstract: Drawing on the western landscape theory, sustainable development theory and prosperity development model, this paper constructs a theoretical “diamond mode” for city-region planning based on landscape intervention. Currently, there is an emerging paradigm shift beyond sustainability to prosperity on the path of city-region development. This paradigm shift focuses on the balance of ecology, fairness, economy and prosperity, leading the goal of city-region development from livability to culture revival. Based on this theoretical diamond model, this paper reviews some of the current China’s city-region development practice, uncovers the existing problems, and puts forward several advices which involve the application of diamond model, the balance between ecology and human development, the setting up the action knowledge system of the whole society, building multi-level natural and cultural landscape network.
