在知识经济时代，随着知识型经济的不断发展与深化，知识创新型服务业开始出现并快速发展，成为城市现代服务业的重要组成部分，由此带来的城市服务业布局变化将成为城市业态调整的核心问题。本文以南京为例，利用业态分布的 POI 数据，综合运用核密度分析、空间自相关、热点分析、区位熵等方法，从等级与结构的视角探究知识创新型服务业在南京市城区的空间分布，并进一步归纳衍生空间布局结构模型，探索产业空间布局的一般规律。 - 关键词：
知识创新型服务业；空间格局；POI；南京市； - Abstract: Along with the continuous development of knowledge economy in the era of knowledge economy, innovative service industry has started to emerge and develop rapidly, becoming an important part of urban modern service industry. Thus, the spatial layout changes of urban service industry will become the core issue of urban format adjustment. Based on the POI data, this study takes Nanjing city as an example. From the perspective of level and structure, this study uses the methods of kernel density analysis, spatial autocorrelation, hotspot analysis, location quotient and so on to explore the spatial distribution of innovative service industry in Nanjing, and further induces the spatial distribution structure model, in order to explore the general rules of industrial space layout.
