改革开放以来，中国经济实现了令人瞩目的高速发展，特别是自1978年始，中国进入体制与发展的双重转型阶段，伴随着经济发展，城市贫困的问题日益凸显：贫富差距的扩大、显著的城乡二元结构以及大量农村劳动力流入城市。本文将在双重转型的理论框架下，探讨城市贫困的理论基础，并在考察城市贫困的基本现状与扶贫进展的基础上，提出缓解城市贫困的思路与措施。 - 关键词：
城市贫困；双重转型；城市扶贫政策体系； - Abstract: Since the reform and opening up, China's economy has achieved remarkable development, especially since 1978 when China entered the system and development of the dual transition stage, along with economic development. There has been widening gap between the rich and the poor, significant urban and rural dual structure and a large number of rural labor into the city. The problem of urban poverty has become increasingly prominent. This paper will explore the theoretical basis of urban poverty under the framework of double transformation, and put forward the ideas and measures to alleviate urban poverty on the basis of studying the basic situation of urban poverty and the progress of poverty alleviation.
