大规模保障房住区“选址偏远、老龄化高、低收入群体聚居”的先天特点使得养老设施的配置出现规模不足、功能欠缺、供需失衡等失效问题。为了优化大规模保障房住区养老设施的配置，本文选取南京市“四大保障房住区”为例，融合地理学、城市规划与社会学各个领域的研究视角，通过问卷调查与深度访谈，剖析大规模保障房住区养老设施高效配置的影响因素，并构建养老设施配置模型，以实现养老设施在规模与服务上均达到供给与需求的匹配，以期缓解城市低收入老年群体日益严峻的养老问题。 - 关键词：
大规模保障房住区；养老设施；配置；南京； - Abstract: "Remote location, higher aging, and low-income colony" are the initial characteristics of large-scale public housing, which result in the failure allocation of elderly facilities. To resolve that issue, this paper integrates the knowledge of geography, urban planning and sociology to optimize the elderly facilities' planning in these four large-scale public housings in Nanjing City. Based on questionnaire survey, this paper explores key indicators which should be considered to plan elderly facilities and develop the optimization model for elderly facilities. With this model, the supply and demand aspects for elderly facilities could be matched, and then the elderly issues in large-scale public housings could be alleviated.
