通过对南京市旅游者的信息服务需求和南京市现有的供给状况的调查研究，从供需两个层面，分别对南京市旅游公共信息服务系统建设提出了相应的对策和建议，以期完善南京市的旅游公共信息服务系统，从而提高南京市的城市形象并方便游客出行。 - 关键词：
旅游公共信息服务；旅游公共服务；南京 - Abstract: According to the survey and the analysis of the tourist¡¯s information needs and the current supply of the public tourism information service in Nanjing city, this paper provides methods and suggestions from the view of tourist¡¯s demands and the current problem of the public tourism information supply. The authors hope to improve the public tourism information service system and eventually promote the city¡¯s overall image and benefit the tourists.
