文章在解析吴忠市中心城区空间扩展的基础上，分析居民现状出行特征及城市空间扩展背景下迁居及单位搬迁对居民出行可达性的影响。研究表明，尽管城市空间扩展看似失控，但大部分居民的出行可达性依然在可控范围。文章从城市化模式、城市空间结构、城市开发时序及规划政策干预等方面分析产生这一研究结果的原因，并指出在未来城市发展中，滨河新区由外延扩展转向内涵优化发展是抑制私家车数量增长和优化交通可达性的重要措施。 - 关键词：
城市空间扩展；吴忠市中心城区；可达性； - Abstract: Based on the analysis of the process of Wuzhong city spatial expansion, this paper dealt with the characteristics of resident travelling as well as migration and unit relocation impact on resident accessibility against the background of the city spatial expansion. It finds that despite the seemingly uncontrolled expansion of urban space, most resident travel accessibility is still suitable. The paper analyzed the result from urbanization patterns, urban spatial structure, urban development and planning policy. At last, it points out that development model plays a positive role in efficient urban development.
