延安是我国典型的黄土丘陵沟壑区川道城市。多年来，城市交通条件的每一次突破性改善都导致城市用地扩展冲破瓶颈，并使城市结构和形态产生新的变化。基于此，本文分别从城市形态、功能结构、土地开发三个方面分析了交通条件变化对延安市用地布局的影响，提出了“有限扩张、组团集中；点轴带动、多级联动；疏密有序、适度开发”的用地布局策略，以期为今后建设提供参考。 - 关键词：
黄土丘陵沟壑区；交通；城市用地布局； - Abstract: Yan′an is the typical valley city in loess hilly-gully region. Over the years, every breakthrough improvement of the urban traffic conditions will lead to that urban land expansion to break the bottleneck, and make the urban structure and form produces new changes. Based on this, this paper respectively from the urban form, function structure, and land development discusses the traffic impact on land layout, puts forward the "smart growth, concentrated together; point axis, multilevel linkage; orderly density, moderate development" strategy of land layout to provide references for future construction.
