- 摘要：
城市郊区化是世界范围内的普遍现象，是城市人口、资源、经济活动等向郊区转移的过程。本文从人口、产业和商业三个角度，对南京市1983 年以来的郊区化时空演化特征进行分析，着重对比了城区、近郊区和远郊区在人口聚集度、产业结构和商业活动密集度上的差异，以期为南京市未来城市发展策略提供参考。 - 关键词：
郊区化；人口；产业；商业； - Abstract: Suburbanization is common around the world, it is a process in which population, resources and economic activities are transferred to suburban areas. This article divides Nanjing into three parts, namely urban area, inner suburban area and outer suburban area, and then makes comparisons between their population density, industrial structure and commercial activity intensity. By analyzing the spatialtemporal evolution of suburbanization in Nanjing since 1983, it tends to offer references to the future urban development of Nanjing.
