近年来，“城管塔西佗陷阱”现象有愈演愈烈的趋势。在内部职能增多、外部舆论误解的时代语境下，城管人面临巨大压力，影响了城管执法效率的提高。本文着眼于“前馈控制”的分析视角，探讨破解“城管塔西佗陷阱”的方法路径。 - 关键词：
前馈控制；塔西佗陷阱；妖魔化；社会资本；进路； - Abstract: In recent years, there is a growing tendency towards Urban Tacitus Trap in China. Under the language environment of increasing internal functions and of misunderstanding by the public opinion, the people for city management are coming under the enormous pressure, affecting the efficiency of urban management and law enforcement. With a viewing angle of feed-forward control, the paper conducts the research on a solution to Tacitus trap over city management.
