流动人口从农村走进城市，选择合适的就业渠道实现体面就业是统筹城乡发展，实现城镇化的关键所在。本文通过建立多元logistic 模型对2007 年CHIPS 数据的分析，发现拥有不同的个人特征、人力资本和社会资本的流动人口对不同就业渠道的选择有着不同的影响。事实证明，就业渠道不仅是影响流动人口就业质量的重要因素，其自身也存在内生性问题。积极畅通流动人口就业渠道，消除就业障碍，需要社会各方面共同努力。 - 关键词：
就业渠道；人力资本；社会资本；关系网络； - Abstract: The Floating population that migrate from rural areas to cities and towns choose suitable employment channel and achieve decent employment is the key to balance urban and rural development and to realize the urbanization. This paper used the data of CHIPS(2007) and build three multivariate logistic models. There exist inextricable links between the human capital, social capital, individual characteristics of the floating population and the choices of different employment channel. Facts prove that, employment channel is not only an important factor affecting the quality of the employment, it also exerts endogenous problems. Eliminating barriers to employment and dredging employment channels need all society endeavors.
