本文从空间生产的理论视角，以南京高新区转型为例，研究其从农业空间变为工业空间，从工业空间向新城空间转变的过程。在此过程中，权力和资本对空间的生产起到了决定性作用，权力通过对空间定位、空间的界定和政府行动生产和改变空间，资本则以房地产、服务业和产学研联盟等形式对空间进行干预。此外，大学城的建设也对空间的生产起到一定的作用。由此可见，空间的生产和转型是一个不断演进的过程，是各种力量综合作用的结果。 - 关键词：
空间生产；资本；权力；转型；南京高新区； - Abstract: This paper took the transition of Nanjing High-tech Zone as an example,in a theoretical perspective from the production of space,to study the transition course.At first,where the Nanjing Hightech Zone lies is agricultural space, and then it turned into industrial space,while now it is turning into the Metro space.In this process,power and capital play a decisive role in producing and shaping the space. By defining the space,function orientation and government action, power produces and changes the space. The capital intervenes space in terms of the cooperative union,real estate,service industry and research alliances. In addition, the study also pointed out that the university city also plays a role in the production of space. Thus, the production and transformation of the space is an evolving process and the combined result of various forces.
