发展绿色住宅已成为节能降耗、建设低碳房地产市场、打造生态城市的重要发展趋势。文章先通过对绿色住宅的内涵界定及潜在价值和需求进行浅析，借鉴陈红等建立的生态住宅需求模型，运用银川市的统计数据和调查数据，对2011-2015 年银川市绿色住宅的需求量做出预测，最后提出针对性建议，以期对银川市住宅产业的发展及竞争力的提升提供市场需求的理论分析依据。 - 关键词：
绿色住宅；需求模型；人口预测；需求量； - Abstract: With the acceleration of urbanization, developing green house has been a leading trend of saving energy and reducing consumption, building ecological city and constructing low carbon real estate market. This paper firstly analyzed the definition and the potential value and demand of green house, then referred to the demand model of green house by Chen Hong, predicting the demand of green house in Yinchuan from 2011-2015 by using the statistical data and survey data of Yinchuan with useful suggestions. The authors hope to provide the theoretical analysis basis of market demand to promote the development of housing industry and competitiveness in Yinchuan.
