近年来，国内各地都不断加强历史文化街区的保护投入，同时文化产业和旅游产业也在向纵深发展。本文以镇江西津渡历史文化街区为例，因地制宜、量体裁衣，提出以客栈、博物馆、商埠、会所、艺文空间、秀场为主要业态，采取多元化的盈利模式，创建具有特色魅力的文化产业园区。 - 关键词：
历史文化街区；文化产业园区；西津渡； - Abstract: In recent years, many local governments put more efforts on the historical cultural streets protection investment. At the same time, cultural industry and the tourism industry are also developing in depth. This article takes Zhenjiang historical cultural street-Xijing ferry as an example and offers some actions to fit local conditions. It also puts forward suggestions to create a distinctive cultural industry park, adopt diversified profit model and use inns, museums, commercial port, clubs, art spaces, show places as the main format.
