小城镇是我国城镇化进程中的主体之一，合理的人口规模聚集是促进小城镇良性发展的关键。国内外小城镇的设置标准大多以人口规模作为参照。在现行的设镇标准下，我国小城镇的特征表现为数量众多、人口规模偏小，而且小城镇的人口集聚性受地理环境及经济发展水平的影响呈现出较大的差异性。本文结合小城镇的设置标准、国内外小城镇人口规模的比较研究以及小城镇人口集聚的影响因素与分析方法，对我国小城镇的人口集聚及其合理规模做了初步探讨。 - 关键词：
小城镇；人口集聚；合理规模；比较研究； - Abstract: Small town is one of main bodies in the urbanization process of China. The reasonable aggregation of population scale is the key issue to promote the development of small towns. The setting standard of the domestic and foreign small towns mostly refer to the size of the population. Under the current setting standards, small towns in China are characterized by a large number and the small population size . Affected by the geographical environment and the level of economic development, the population agglomeration in small towns shows great difference. Combined with the setting standard of small towns, the comparative study of the population size of small towns at home and abroad, and the influencing factors and analysis methods of small towns’ population agglomeration, this paper conducted a preliminary study on population agglomeration and reasonable size in small towns.
