快速城镇化进程及广泛深刻的社会、科技变革引起城市空间快速无序蔓延，从而造成耕地、林地被侵占，环境污染、交通拥挤等问题。本文通过系统梳理国内外城市蔓延的内涵及动力机制的理论成果，发现城市蔓延概念研究体现由模糊定义向精确特征定义发展的趋势。国内城市蔓延具备高密度、强中心的基本特征；国外城市蔓延体现低密度、用地类型单一的基本特征。机制研究中，国内侧重体制与政策研究，国外以经济学研究为主导。进而，根据总结的研究成果，预测今后城市蔓延研究走向，以期有助于我国结合国情研究、控制城市蔓延。 - 关键词：
城市蔓延；概念；动力机制；管制； - Abstract: The fast and disorderly urban spatial sprawl caused by rapid urbanization and extensive and profound social and technological changes have brought out the problem of the occupation of farmland and forest, environmental pollution, traffic congestion and other problems. Through combing the domestic and foreign theoretical achievements on the connotation and dynamic mechanism of urban sprawl, this paper finds that the concept research of urban sprawl exemplifies the trend that definition is from the fuzzy feature to the exact one. Domestic urban sprawl reflects the basic characteristics of high density and intensive center, compared with the basic characteristics of low density and single land use type abroad. In the study of the mechanism, domestic research focuses on system and policy while the foreign research is led by economic study. And then, this paper predicts the research trend of urban sprawl in the future through the summary of the research achievements, in order to contribute to the study and control of urban sprawl in China.
