近年来中国许多城市自行车交通环境日益恶化，出行比例持续下滑。本文在文献、访谈和实地调研的基础上，对哥本哈根半个世纪以来机动化挑战下城市自行车交通复兴发展策略进行系统梳理，总结出积极制定自行车交通政策、坚持城市 TOD 紧凑开发与有机更新、限制小汽车交通发展、完善自行车系统自身建设和养护、开展自行车交通评估与反馈，重视自行车形象提升与特色宣传 6 个方面的措施。以期为当前中国城市的自行车交通复兴之路提供有益的借鉴。 - 关键词：
哥本哈根；自行车；复兴；策略； - Abstract: Over the last few years, the cycling environment in many Chinese cities is worsening, and the bicycle mode share continues to decline. Based on literature reviews, interviews, and in-feld surveys, this paper conducts a systematic summary for strategies of cycling revitalization in Copenhagen under the challenge of motorization during the past half-century. The development strategies are concluded as followed six aspects: actively making cycling policy, insisting on Transit-Oriented Development and organic renewal, restricting car traffc growth, improving the construction and maintenance of the cycling facilities, conducting evaluations and feedbacks for bicycle traffic, and emphasizing promotions and campaigns of bicycle travel. It is expected to provide references for the cycling revitalization in China.
