与自主选择进入城市的农民相比，被动城市化地区农民进入城市并且融入现代化城市生活的过程相对较漫长。本文研究了郑州在城市拓展过程中的被动城市化转型社区庙张小区的人口特征、经济特征和社会特征，分析了转型社区的现状和问题，提出深层次城市化的建议和对策，实现城市文化、城市生活方式和价值观在农村地域的扩展过程，即转型社区城市化质的提高过程。 - 关键词：
被动城市化；转型社区；郑州； - Abstract: It will take a longer time for farmers in the areas of the passive urbanization to be absorbed into modern city life, compared with farmers who come into the city actively. This thesis studies the demographic and economic characteristics and social characteristics in Miaozhang community which is the community of the passive urbanization under the process of the urbanization in Zhengzhou city. It analyses the present situation and problems in the transformation of the community and then puts forward the suggestions and countermeasures for deep urbanization. It is concluded that if the city culture, the city lifestyle and values are spread in villages, the transformation of community can be improved qualitatively.
