历史街区民居建筑的保护是颇受关注的城市问题，本文研究的目的是对这一问题提供相关生态化的保护策略。文中首先对典型的三种民居保护模式进行了分析，总结出目前民居建筑保护中存在的一些共性问题，然后阐述生态化保护的概念，并说明这种保护方式的原则，最后提出了生态化保护的策略——功能再利用策略、技术普及策略、因“国”制宜策略以及相关保护政策的制定，并就每种策略列举相应实例，为历史街区民居的生态化保护提供参考。 - 关键词：
历史街区；民居保护；生态化保护；保护策略； - Abstract: The preservation of traditional residence in historic districts is an urban problem with wide concern and this article aims to provide some ecological preservation strategies for it. Beginning with the analysis of three typical preservation modes, the article summarizes the common issues about the preservation of existing traditional residence. Then, the ecological preservation conception is brought forward, which is followed by the principles of such preservation. And at last, based upon the theories, the article expounds the strategies including function reuse, popularization of techniques, the localization of preservation and the establishment of some related policies. Moreover some corresponding examples also have been supplied for further reference.
