当前产业规划面临编制依据不充分、随意性大、可操作性差、落实困难等问题，是和谐社会建设所面临的重大问题之一。我国产业规划研究内容主要包括：产业规划的内涵、区域产业结构发展方向、产业规划布局、产业协调与区域整合等，但目前我国产业规划并没有形成完整的理论体系。在全球化、信息化的时代背景下，以及科学发展观与和谐社会建设的提出，产业规划的作用显得日益重要，在今后的研究中要丰富和完善产业基础理论体系、注重与城市规划的协调、构建区域协调发展的定量系统模型、完善产业规划的区域协调发展理论体系。 - 关键词：
产业规划；研究进展；研究趋势； - Abstract: Nowadays, industrial planning in urban planing is doubted for several reasons such as the lack of maneuverability, which plays a strategic role in building up the harmonious society. The research of our national industrial planning mainly contains the theoretic connotation, direction of industrial structure, layout of industrial planning, coordination and integration of regional industry. However, these studies haven抰 formed a complete theoretic system. Under the background of globalization, cyberization, informatization, and scientific development, industrial planning becomes the aspect of stress in the national overall development. We should emphasize on improving the basic theory systems; coordinating with the urban planning; speeding up the construction of quantitative systematic model of industrial planning; scientifically consummate the theoretic system of coordinated development of industrial planning.
